This one's for the books... it seems to be straight out of a movie or telenovela: An ex-congressman / ex-actor is the prime suspect for a kidnapping gang.
Where is the country going to? We can't even trust elected officials (or ex-officials), we can't trust the police... we can't even trust our neighbors.
