Just when you are about to throw in the towel and give up, the unexpected happens. I was just about to call it a day when out of the blue my phone beeps and I got a text from someone I haven't heard from in quite a while. "How are you?" the text goes..."I hope that everything is ok, do you have time for dinner tonight?"
Since I have no plans for the night I accepted the invite and made plans to meet at my friend's house. Dinner was great, the conversation even better.
This got me thinking, how come, even if you haven't seen each other for weeks on end, somehow, if you truly care and love one another, you will always have time to reconnect?
